ILO Helpdesk for Business

The ILO Helpdesk for Business is the one-stop shop for company managers and workers on how to better align business operations with international labour standards and build good industrial relations.

It provides information and resources on a wide range of labour topics, all derived from the ILO MNE, such as Questions and Answers (Q&As) and useful links on: Discrimination and equality, Child labour, Collective bargaining, Employment promotion, Forced labour, Freedom of association and the right to organize, General policies, Occupational safety and health (OSH), Security of employment, Wages and benefits, Working time.

Contact the ILO Helpdesk for Business via assistance@ilo.org for information on available resources or technical assistance to accelerate progress on genderequality issues. The service is free and confidential and available for company managers, workers, government agencies, employers’ and workers’ organizations and other interested organizations.
