By completing this module you will be able to:
– Review the basic gender concepts related to pay discrimination at work and “equal pay for work of equal value”,
understand the phenomenon of the gender pay gap, and detect its root causes.
– Assess where their country stands in the journey to achieve equality between women and men in the labour
market compared to other G7 and EU countries, with a focus on pay gap indicators at a glance.
– Recognize what are the elements to design a comprehensive and effective system of legislation, policies,
measures and initiatives that can have a real impact on achieving equal pay.
The module also contains a selection of international examples, good practices and existing laws successfully implemented at supranational (i.e. European Union), national or local level, with a focus on G7 and EU countries, to provide inspiration and guidance on how to go further on the topic, drawing from lessons learned.

By completing this module you will be able to:
– Assess where their country stands in the journey to achieve equality between women and men in the labour market, compared to other G7 and EU countries, with a focus on work-life balance;
– Recognize the key elements of a comprehensive and effective system of legislation and policies that can have a real impact on citizens’ work/life balance and share of unpaid care work.
– Understand the essential role of infrastructure, public care services and social protection in enabling societies to advance gender equality and economic progress

The module also contains a selection of international examples, good practices and existing laws successfully implemented at supranational (i.e. European Union), national or local level, with a focus on G7 and EU countries, to provide inspiration and guidance on how to go further on the topic, drawing from lessons learned.

By completing this module you will be able to:
– Recognize the different forms of violence and harassment against women in the world of work.
– Understand the dimension of the problem and its root causes; vulnerability factors and how gender discrimination relates to other forms of discrimination.
– Comprehend the impact of violence and harassment against women in the world of work on workers, workplaces, employers, families, economies and society.
– Explore concepts and guidelines provisions (?) established by international labour standards (Convention No. 190 and Recommendation No. 206) and other relevant international legal and policy frameworks.
– Present arguments in favour of policies or measures to address violence and harassment against women in the world of work.
– Recognize the elements of an inclusive, integrated and gender-responsive system of legislation, policies, and measures, that can have a real impact on ending violence and harassment against women in the world of work.

The module also includes international examples of measures and practices successfully implemented both in large companies and SMEs, offering inspiration and guidance on how to go further on the topic.

This module illustrates the benefits of promoting work-life balance and their impact on business productivity and provides examples of good practices, policies, and tools that can help improve work-life balance at the enterprise level.

After completing the module, you will be able to:-
Describe the relationship between work-life balance and business responsibility and sustainability;
Recognize the good practices, policies and tools that facilitate the transformation of work-life balance at the enterprise level;

You will also be asked to define three actions to be taken in the future, based on the lessons learned from the module. The module includes examples of measures and practices successfully implemented in large companies and in SMEs, offering inspiration and guidance on how to go further on the topic.

This module provides information on strategies, tools and practical measures to help managers create workplaces that are free from violence and harassment.
At the end the module, you will be able to:
– Recognize various forms of violence and harassment against women in the world of work; understand its causes, and comprehend the impact on workers, workplaces, employers, families, economies and society;
– Develop strategies, procedures and tools that can have a real impact on preventing, protecting and ending violence and harassment against women in the workplace;
